Most of the weight loss products have a lot of ingredients that you might not want to be eating for the next two weeks. A great way to get around that is to look at the ingredients on the packaging. I have added the ingredients that I like to buy and that I see on a lot of product. Some products can't be avoided.
1. Vitamin C This is one that I have never found myself using because of a bad reaction. I know that it is useful to use. I have seen it on the labels as "help with acne" and on the website as "helps prevent acne." I don't buy it. 2. Aloe Vera I have never used it because I always take the vitamins. However, I was told that aloe vera helps with weight loss. It does not. It helps a little, but I would be cautious to use it in combination with other supplements. 3. Avocado: The most common use of avocado is as an aid in the skin treatment. However, it does not help in weight loss.
